PF Management & Construction is leading the construction of a new retail space at Estero Plaza in Fort Myers, FL. As the general contractor, we are bringing this project to life, creating a modern and functional commercial space. Through our expertise and value engineering efforts, PF Management & Construction played a critical role in reviving this project, overcoming budgetary constraints and optimizing costs to ensure a successful outcome for the owner.
Work is underway, beginning with site preparation, including grading, drainage, and underground utilities. The gray shell building is taking shape, featuring masonry and metal framing to accommodate mercantile and assembly uses. MEP systems, rooftop HVAC units, and fire protection measures are being installed, ensuring a safe and fully equipped space for future tenants.
The site includes ADA-compliant access, pedestrian pathways, and ample parking, making it convenient for visitors.
