PF Management & Construction served as the Owner Representative and Project Manager for the masterplanning and complete renovation and expansion of the St. Agnes Catholic Church & Academy campus. Our role spanned the entire project lifecycle, from initial due diligence and general coordination to post-construction and closeout. Key responsibilities included managing the site plan approval process,overseeing design services from schematic design to design development and construction documents, andhandling contract administration. We coordinated permitting, led the contractor selection and bidding/GMP processes, and ensured construction was managed with precision and care. Throughout construction administration and post-construction, we acted as the owner’s advocate, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and a successful project closeout.
