PF Management & Construction was engaged by the Archdiocese of Miami to provide Owner Representative and Project Management services for the selective demolition and renovation of the Pre-K School Building and the Parish Hall. Our role involved comprehensive oversight of the project, including managing design professionals, coordinating contractor selection, and overseeing the permitting process. We managed all phases of construction administration, ensuring that all tasks were executed in compliance with the Archdiocese’s standards and local building codes. Our services also extended to post-construction activities, including coordination of owner items, such as state of the art performance lighting system and audio/visual, ensuring a seamless project close-out. By acting as the owner’s advocate, we facilitated efficient project delivery, from pre-construction planning to final completion, within the established budget and timeline.
