PF Management & Construction has been contracted to complete a parking lot expansion at Mother of Christ Catholic School, providing additional parking spaces and improving site functionality. The project includes demolition, sitework, installation of utilities, an underground drainage system, paving, curbing, signage, and striping, ensuring a well-planned and efficient expansion of the school’s parking facilities.
All work will be completed in compliance with the Florida Building Code (FBC) and Miami-Dade County Public Works standards, ensuring a safe, durable, and functional parking facility. This expansion will enhance accessibility for students, staff, and visitors while optimizing the school’s overall traffic management.
