At PF Management and Construction, we take pride in bringing luxury homes to life from the ground up. For 302 Sombrero project, we completed the full construction of a two-story, 6,000 SF custom waterfront home featuring 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, and a pool.
Our team managed all phases of the project, from demolition an existing 4-unit apartment complex, site prep and foundations to self-perform the structural shell and high-end finishes. The home was built using reinforced concrete foundations, CMU walls, wood trusses, and hollow-core slabs. We installed impact-rated windows and doors, a modern roofing system, and completed all MEP scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
The finishes are what truly set this home apart. Inside, we delivered custom millwork, premium drywall and framing, hardwood and tile flooring, and detailed trim throughout. Bathrooms were outfitted with designer tile and glass enclosures, and the entire home received full interior and exterior paintwork. The kitchen and living areas were finished with a clean, modern aesthetic built for coastal durability.
Outside, the residence features smooth stucco, HardieBoard soffits, decorative metal railings, and artificial turf with gravel swales for a low-maintenance, polished landscape. A custom swimming pool with a spa that completes the property, creating a resort-style environment in the heart of the Keys.
