PF Management & Construction is proudly overseeing the development of the new Multi-Purpose Building & Gymnasium at the Church of the Little Flower – St. Theresa. This transformative addition is designed to enhance the student experience while serving the broader community.
As the Owner’s Representative, we are guiding the project through the complex approval process, ensuring all necessary entitlements and permits are secured efficiently. Our team is coordinating with the school, the Archdiocese of Miami, and key stakeholders to keep the project on track and aligned with the client’s vision and timeline.
Once the necessary approvals are in place, PF Management & Construction will continue to lead the effort, assisting in shortlisting contractors, preparing RFPs, evaluating bids, awarding contracts, and providing construction administration (CA) services to ensure a smooth and successful build.
