PF Management & Construction was contracted by The Vue at Brickell Condominium Association to carry out a partial facade restoration. The project involved comprehensive concrete and stucco repairs to the building’s exterior at designated areas to address structural damages. Following the repairs, exterior surfaces were painted to restore the building’s appearance and ensure uniformity. The scope also included the removal and replacement of existing sealants around windows and other penetrations to enhance the buildings envelope’s waterproofing. All work was completed in compliance with the FBC, ensuring safety, quality, and a return to the structure’s pre-damaged condition.
