PF Management & Construction was contracted by Epiphany Catholic School to develop a new 9,300 sq. ft. courtyard for the Pre-Kindergarten Elementary program. The scope of the project was divided into twophases, ensuring a comprehensive transformation of the school’s outdoor facilities. Phase 1 involved clearing and preparing the site, installing new exfiltration drainage, constructing a perimeter privacy wall with gates and hardware, setting up electrical site lighting, and laying new hardscapes. Additionally, a landscape buffer with tree mitigation and irrigation was completed, along with temporary sod installation to enhance the outdoor environment. Phase 2 consisted of Installation of artificial grass, landscaping, creating a secure and functional outdoor environment for the school.
